WestVet’s policy is full payment at the time services are rendered. If you feel that payment will be an issue, please consult with a client care specialist prior to your pet’s scheduled medical procedure. A client care specialist can assist you with applying for an appropriate credit plan through one of our third party financial companies.
We offer the following finance plans:

Chase Health Advance & Care Credit
- 6 Months No Interest
- Pay for your pet’s treatment over a 6 month period with no interest.
- Minimum monthly payments are required.
- Delinquent and Unpaid balances are subject to up to a 24.75% APR

Extended Payment Plans
- Enjoy a low interest rate with fixed monthly payments on treatment fees of $1000 or more.
To apply for a payment plan, please submit your application online or ask a client care specialist for an application when you arrive. Approval usually takes less than 20 minutes. New accounts are subject to a $45 set-up fee.

5. Follow the instructions to complete the application
6. Print a copy of your account # and credit limit to bring with you to WestVet

2. Select “apply online”
3. Type “WestVet” as the doctor name
4. Follow the instructions to complete the application
5. Print a copy of your account # and credit limit to bring with you to WestVet
